1.  How is the World Bank financed?

2.  What is the ultimate decision-making body of the IMF? Who votes and how?

3.  What is the relationship between the UN and the two banks?

4.  What is the meaning of the phrase "structural adjustment plan" as applied to the operations of the IMF? What are the elements of such a plan?

5.  Describe the position of Greenpeace and a humanitarian/development oriented  NGO (such as OXFAM) on the record of the World Bank.
